Aryan founded NCR Industrial Consultancy to give occupiers an adviser whose only job is to get them the right building on the right terms. He leads each engagement himself, from the first conversation about the operation to the handover walk-through.
Clients deal with one person who knows their brief, speaks to every landlord on their behalf, and says plainly when a building is wrong for them.
How we work.
One side of the table
On a mandate, we act for the occupier. We do not represent the landlord in the same transaction.
The operation comes first
We start with how your site will run, not with the buildings we happen to know about.
Evidence before commitment
Title, approvals, building and terms are checked before you sign, not after you move in.
Plain advice
If a building is wrong for you, or a requirement is better served another way, we say so.
